Festool Discounts

I’m attending the IWF in Atlanta next month.  I can’t recall a single time where Festool offered a discount on their tools.  Every vendor I have visited at a trade show offered show discounts on their products.  Does anyone recall seeing discounted tools at Festool’s booth at IWF?

They just don't do that.  The only thing you can hope for is some swag.

I went to the Connect in Toronto last month and was very disappointed in the swag being offered.  I was told the shipment of intended swag for that show didn't arrive on time.  I got some plastic drinking mug and a bag.  Had to ask for carpenter pencils I saw being handed out to someone else.  The primary reason I went to the show was to see their big honkin rig and for the swag.  I was disappointed on the swag front big time!  Won't be going to another any time soon.  I pretty well have the Festool I want, so I wasn't there to look for any new tools.  It was nice talkin to a couple of the reps though.  Rant over!
