I got a little time today to work in some fronts for drawers I have had for nearly 4 years  ::)
I've just been waiting for something to come along. At one time. I thought about making some MDF fronts painted to match the Systainer color. Never got around to it, though I have had the touch latch hardware for quite a while. Then this green laminate showed up. There were two significant-sized pieces of it left over.

[member=58857]Crazyraceguy[/member] very nice looking. In case you want some drinkware to match, YETI has a nice bright green color "canopy green"

BTW, I thought you were retiring?

Thank you for the kind words. I may need some better push latches. The ones I used have been sitting in my toolbox drawer for a long time, waiting for a need, but I don't think they are strong enough for drawers this heavy. The are more suitable for doors. They work, but it's not ideal.

My original plan was just that, and I would have been done a couple of weeks ago. However, I let them talk me into staying until the end of the year. Their goal is to try to find some kind of apprentice to teach this too. I'm not particularly optimistic though, it takes years to learn, and the projects need to be there with the necessary challenges. This is August, time is not on their side, so I expect some more pressure as the day gets closer.
I still have plenty of work to do on my garage/shop before I start moving my stuff home.....and the raise didn't hurt [big grin]
