Festool guide rails and Makita tools

Does anyone know if Makita tools fit Festool guide rails, namely the Makita RT0700's adapter for guide rails?

Theres plenty on here about Festool kit fitting/not fitting other rails, but nothing the other way round.

Is there any play in the track using two separate rail adapters?  I'm wondering if there would be more stability if the rail adapter was one long piece.

Yes - the Makita adaptor (part. no. 194579-2) fits the Festool guide rails. I hve both the items you are referring to. Out of interest the deWalt trammel head for the DW625 also fits, but I haven't tried it for height yet.

Depending on the 3D printer how the result is. Had to sand them with fine grit paper, so there are no play at all. You need 2x M3 screws/ nuts and a rod..
