Festool HL 850 stuck in maximum depth position.

I’ve bought a HL 850 planer to my collection and found out when I received it that the front plate is stuck. It’s possible to move the front handle for different depths settings but the front plate is stuck. There is a bolt in the front plate that is moving when I adjust the handle so the mechanism seems to work. Anyone have any suggestions what to do?

What happens if you stop that bolt from moving, with an allen key, then turn the handle?

The bolt moves up and down a few millimeters when I turn the handle so it’s part of the adjusting mechanism, it doesn’t turn when I turn the handle.
My guess is that the seal (38) has turn into glue.

Anyone who has a HL 850 that can show me a pic of the front plate when it’s flush with the back plate?
