Just as an FYI - I would be cautious of buying from this company. They sent me Systainer that was clearly used, I sent them photo proof. They point blank refused to accept this was possible, and offered me $5 store credit. I told them I would like to return it because my main reason to buy it was to get the Systainer and they said they are non-returnable.

So I'm just going to dispute the charge on my credit card, I don't have time to deal with a company that has such appalling customer service!

Was the hose previously used?  What sort of wear/damage was present on the systainer?

These clearance items from any vendor are typically non-returnable.  Unfortunately Beaver doesn't list that on the product page, only on the sales and closeouts page, which could be missed if you obtained a directly link to the product page like this thread.  You may want to save a screen cap of the product page for your CC company.
