I recently attended the Saddleback Stool hybrid class at Gregory Paolini Design in Asheville/Canton, NC. I have attended several classes here. This session was really top-notch as far as I'm concerned.
We certainly honed our skills with FESTOOL products, but we also used several shop tools such as jointers, table saws, and band saws. With most of us, we have shops equipped with tools other than handheld power tools. By incorporating traditional shop tools with FESTOOL products, we get a more realistic feel for the projects.
Kudos to the class developers for the "hybrid" class concept!
