I love winter here, hard as it can be. I pick up work because of all the snowbirds that fly south for the winter. Besides, I have a farm and a sawmill business. When I can't make it to trade jobs I saw custom timbers for timberframes. I need to be here in winter to log the long timbers I need.
Are you a tree farmer of sorts? If so what trees do you grow? What mill do you own? Just curiosity questions. (We have a certified tree farm with ponderosa, doug fir, and western larch as our main crops. We only sell to big mills though, and hire out the logging and trucking operations.)
