Festool Kapex w/ 60T & 80T blade, UG Stand & Extensions

I've been slowly downsizing my shop over the past few months and next to go is the Festool Kapex.  It's a wonderful saw that I've had no issues with (purchased February 5th, 2016).  It comes with the Betterly zero clearance insert, an 80T blade, and a recently sharpened stock 60T blade. 

It also comes with the UG Stand & extensions (legs not shown since I rested the extensions on a shop-cabinet but they're included).

Everything is in excellent condition and has never given me any trouble.  I'll be shipping this package in probably three carefully packed boxes (one for the Kapex, one for the extensions, and one for the UG stand)

Asking $1,750 $1,450 shipped for the entire package.  I will part out but only if I sell the UG stand / extensions first.  I don't really want to sell the Kapex and then be stuck with a UG stand I have no use for:

Kapex alone w/ two blades:  $1,000 shipped

Gotten a few nibbles but nothing firm.  Everything is OBO so make an offer and if there's no interest this weekend I'll probably toss it up on Craigslist.
