TSO ships worldwide to cover areas where our products are not available in country.
Buy the GRC-12 quickly - we inadvertently let the introductory price run on unattended [sad] and just now discovered the oversight. After the $ 10.00 price correction it will still be a better deal than anything that comes even close.

[member=61691]TSO_Products[/member] - Hans, this might be a better deal if they are available.  These have been on my wishlist for a month.  Any idea of when they will be back in stock?

Any thoughts on drilling hole sizes and tap sizes for these:

Finished my latest WW project.
Now looking at Cobolt bits.

Kinda expensive.

Hoping to get away with a single bit purchase.
No info on what size hole to drill.

Not my area. But have deduced 10mm cobalt drill bit.
Not sure if there is a specific size suggestion to compensate for the stainless steel.

Again, not my area.
Would Titanium coated suffice?

A tap drill for a 10-32 set screw is a #25 drill bit, .1495" diameter. I'd purchase 2 of them in case you break one. If you use a drill press you can probably get by with just one drill bit.

You'll also need a sharp/new tap, this one happens to be TiN coated for increased hardness.

And don't forget the lubricant.

Are you sure about this?  I've always used a #21 as a tap drill for a 10-32 tap.  I use the #25 for the 10-24.

[not worthy] [not worthy] Thanks for that Mike...my mistake big time [tongue]. My 3M cheat sheet says to use a #20 drill (.1610") for the 10-32 tap and a #25 drill for a 10-24 tap. Thanks again for your sharp eye, I was making a difficult tapping situation even more difficult.  [eek]

No problem.  [smile]  In my military and government career, I have drilled and tapped thousands of 10-32 holes in copper buss bar used as grounding strips in the back of equipment racks.

Nice cheat sheet from 3M!
