Festool MFT/3 guide rail support compatibility with non-Festool extrusions?

Good day everyone.  I'm building an MFT/3-style work table for my shop, but it's going to be a bit larger using Rockler Rock-Steady stands and aftermarket extrusions.  I noticed the Festool guide rail support units, part numbers 497022 and 497023, have a little hook which interfaces with the upper lip of the MFT/3's aluminum profiles.  Since I'm using either t-track or aluminum extrusion, and not Festool's aluminum profiles, can I still use the Festool guide rail supports?

If you're in the US, you'd be better off contacting Dashboard Portable WorkShop ( [member=75093]dashboardpws[/member] ) to look at their 8020 and similar compatible rail hinges and supports.

I'm not affiliated, just a satisfied customer (like many others on here).

If you're in the UK/EU, I don't know what equivalent would be on offer over there, but I think they've been trying to work out a distribution deal overseas.

Our Guide Rail Brackets and Universal Track Stars are compatible with a wide range of extrusions and T track, with the exception of metric 10 series T slot.
