Anybody have any ideas on how to do a boom on the Midi. As far as I can tell, and I am purely ignorant thus far, they don't have one for it. I am getting the MFT/3 and the idea of keeping the lines up sounds really appealing. Thanks  [smile]

There's no out of the box solution for this. But if you really want to use a boom arm with the midi I'd suggest you make your own custom bracket to connect the two. I am not sure tough the midi has enough mass to make it all stable.

I have the boom arm on my 26,took off the top to empty the bag, picked the bag up, started to tip,I was gymnasticly able to do it.I will try something different next time

Depending on how much you plan on moving your mft, you may just want to use the ol' bungy-from-ceiling method.

Thanks so much! That is an awesome link and an awesome idea! Sounds like I've got a new project now. So simple as soon as I looked at the pics I felt kind of dumb!  I actually thought about the bungee thing, hey I'm a guy after all. I'll go to a local plumbing supply and see if I can cobble something together  ;D
