Shane, there is an obvious way to fix that problem.  Run a parallel lottery each month (or maybe less frequently) for forum members only.

Frank, we already do forum-only contest and giveaways periodically. Granted, not every month and we're probably overdue for one, but there are special opportunities for forum members.
