My mug has become end of life as there is a split running all the way through the bottom.

Thank you Bob M for the mug. It was well used.

When I unwrapped the mug I left it sit on the counter for about 2 months playing with that lid that came on top. Then one day I decided to cut that thing off :)

From then on I used it daily. Coffee, Tea, Water, juice

Well a final farewell:

a time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to throw away;
Ecclesiastes 3:6

The lidded beer stein or the coffee mug?

Pretty sure you can still get the steins without the lid.  Check with various dealers.
