I'm working on a router sled base and have the 1400, but will eventually buy the 2200, so wondering if anyone knows where to get a diagram of the 2200 base hole dimensions.  It looks like the 220 base is much larger and want to make sure my sled plate is large enough for it.  There is a diagram online for the 1010, but haven't seen one for the 1400 or 2200.  Any help is appreciated.

Not aware of one, but I built a copy of the template routing aid to fit my 2200 and 1400, so I designed in Fusion 360 a base that matched up the hole patterns.  I can't attach that sort of file here, so I'll simplylink to the project files and description I wrote up on the Shaper Origin forum.

The holes for the 2200 screws are 89.5mm from the center of the spindle (so 179mm total between centers of the two screw holes).  For the 1400 they are only 68.5mm and 137, respectively.  The 2200 holes are also at odd angles (and not at the cardinal points), because of the way the router is skewed.

If no one else does, I can post the speicifc dimensions of the base itself when I get back to my shop.

Thanks so much ... I want to orient the router on my base so the handles are left and right .. not angled/skewed.  Do you know the diameter/width of the 2200 router base?  I know its larger than the 1400, but my how much??  I appreciate your reply.

I know it's a bit of an old thread, but hoping someone has the drawing for the OF2200 similar to the ones for the 1010 that are online with the actual measurements and dimensions laid out, not just the holes on a sheet?

I downloaded the svg from ear3, but importing it I've had to scale it to get it to the right size, and while it scales both axis to 340 x 170mm just fine, the centre hole is 28.8mm diam (surely it should be 30mm?), and none of the holes match up.

Worst case I'll try and photocopy the base and the manually enter the measurements.
