Festool Product Update: Dust Extractors, Mixer, Polisher

Festool has provided us the following updates on their dust extractors:

• CT SYS: Cordless model will be available October 4th. We are accepting pre-orders now.
• CT MINI: No current plans to release a cordless model in the US. The corded version has been discontinued by Festool USA.
• CT MIDI: Cordless model coming in 2023.
  

Also, the following tools have been discontinued:

• : Small quantities remain available.
• Shinex Polishers: Keep in mind that Rotex sanders may be used for polishing.

I honestly thought Shinex was discontinued over two years ago...

The discontinuation of the Shinex is a real shame, it's a pleasure to use compared to using a Rotex.

Does the mixer discontinuation come with any other implications? Will the MX-A dust shroud, thread adapter, or stirring rods still be available? At least the stirring rods are available from others with the same thread, but unsure if I should start hoarding thread adapters for any future stirring rod needs.

All of the accessories you mentioned are still available, and we've received no word of them being discontinued.

Wait, the 3 year old CT Mini is being discontinued is US, when a cordless is being released in EU? That seems odd.
