Wish this was available in the USA as a standard offering, but lo and behold, the recon site lists one right now. I don't need one at the current moment, but have in the past and certainly will in the future. Interesting score for someone currently needing this in the USA.

They seem to have several on-hand in Recon at the moment. My guesstimate is they've moved 3 so far and it is still listed.

If you need one, perhaps now is a good time?

Ya, I've been staring at it all morning long...trying to talk myself into picking it up.  [tongue]  For concrete work I use a diamond cup on a Milwaukee 5" Fuel grinder. I first started to look at the Renofix about 5-6 years ago when they were a Euro only item. If this came with the standard concrete cup instead of the paint cup I'd probably pick it up.

Get it if you can. The Festool concrete cups go €200 over here ... but you can get Bosch and others for €/$ 100 or so.

The RG130 is built like a tank.

The chassis is based on a Narex 6" angle grinder - a 40-year old design with an over-sized gearbox added. Yes, they still make that grinder. It has a reputation of a workhorse - among the industrial-grade grinders they sell ... other series were redone like 5 times over the period that 80's design just keeps on grinding. Eh.
