I purchased several times off the Recon site.

and most recently the TS75.
The TS75 was the saw, cord and manual in the systainer. Missing were the stop, splinter guard and blade hex key. Saw was used but not excessively from what I can tell. But there does seem to be a lack of attention to detail lately with what’s been posted. The made it right by sending out the missing pieces without delay. Had I received a 10 year old saw or other tool as mentioned above that would not make the discount worth it in my opinion. Luckily I haven’t run into that.
