Well, it's that time again. Festool is offering a supply of tools at discount prices effective today.

http://www.bobmarinosbesttools.com/festool-reconditioned-tools/a/209/

This is a nice way to purchase some tools at a very good price point - with the full confidence that the tools were inspected and met Festool's requirements.

These tools can not be bought from me via the website; so if you'd like to order, please give me a call.

Bob

Here's a list of what's available. This is real-time inventory and will update every time the page is refreshed.

Note that not all dealers are participating, quantities are very limited.

Tool Condition by Discount Level.

See below for descriptions of available reconditioned tools based on discount level. As a general rule, the more wear and tear a tool exhibits, the greater the discount. Though classification is somewhat subjective, the following should be used as a general guide.

10% Discount Level - Unused tools. Original packaging with slight impairment (damaged, labeled and/or dirty).

20% Discount Level. - Slightly used tools. Original packaging with slight impairment (damaged, labeled and /or dirty).

30% Discount Level. - Moderately used tools. Original packaging damaged (tears, spots and dust).

How does one purchase from the Festool Reconditioned program?  How do you know which companies/distributors carry the various discount levels (10%/20%/30%)?  Is there a way to find out if a local dealer carries the reconditioned tools?  Thank you for your response.

Are the Midi and Mini extractors Hepa units, or the older ones?

This came up during the last recon sale and I can't guarantee which model it will be. However since it's been so long since they were upgraded I would imagine most of not all would be the newer models.

Welcome to the forum. Contact your preferred dealer for availability and ordering. All products are drop shipped from our warehouse.

Shane,

You mentioned a list that I am not able to see in my iPhone.

Just checked with all my preferred dealers webpage and can't find any offers.

Cheers
Luis

Not all dealers are participating and because of the way the program operates it's difficult for them to allow ordering through their website.

Is this available going thru a Canadian dealer?

Sorry for the slow responses. Check with your preferred dealer in Canada as they have their own reconditioned tool program there.

The product list is working on my iPhone so I'm not sure why others are having trouble. I'm not where I can troubleshoot it at the moment as I'm out of town for the day.

Sorry for reposting that...remove it if necessary...just reaching out to anybody that may be on a mobile device or app like tapatalk!

AHHHHH my wallet!!  :o

Thanks Festool for doing this, and a big thanks to Bob Marino for immediate emails and a phone call on a Saturday!

if buying a tool and vac would the additional 10% still be taken off the price of the vac?

also is there any way of knowing if the pads are multi jetstream?

Geez!  [tongue] You're already getting a deal  [wink] No package deals or additional discounts for buying multiple tools.

Unless noted, they are Multijetsream.

Haha, don't mean to be greedy just looking to maximize my Festool allowance [big grin]    one last question would be, what about buying a recon sander and a new vac, would the 10% be taken off the new vac then?  have to ask

thanks for the fast response!!
