if buying a tool and vac would the additional 10% still be taken off the price of the vac?

also is there any way of knowing if the pads are multi jetstream?

Geez!  [tongue] You're already getting a deal  [wink] No package deals or additional discounts for buying multiple tools.

Unless noted, they are Multijetsream.

Haha, don't mean to be greedy just looking to maximize my Festool allowance [big grin]    one last question would be, what about buying a recon sander and a new vac, would the 10% be taken off the new vac then?   have to ask

thanks for the fast response!!

No, as Shane mentioned, the package discount (10% off the CT)
only applies to new tools.

Are all of the MINI & MIDI vacs the high suction, HEPA versions?

See below. Shane answered earlier.

Are the Midi and Mini extractors Hepa units, or the older ones?

This came up during the last recon sale and I can't guarantee which model it will be. However since it's been so long since they were upgraded I would imagine most of not all would be the newer models.

Is this available going thru a Canadian dealer?

Sorry for the slow responses. Check with your preferred dealer in Canada as they have their own reconditioned tool program there.

The product list is working on my iPhone so I'm not sure why others are having trouble. I'm not where I can troubleshoot it at the moment as I'm out of town for the day.

I already sent an email to Dan Clermont at Ultimate Tools in Burnaby B.C. Asking the same and am awaiting a reply.

I guess U.S. Retailers are not allowed even with recons to sell/ship over the border to Canada?

Could you also reiterate what warranty there is on recon tools?  One year only if I'm notmistaken, and the 30 day return policy is not available IIRC.

Thanks Bob.

I read through the posts looking for the answer & just missed it.

Dealers do not ship to others countries.

Sorry if you missed the warranty and return policy. It's at the bottom of my first post in the thread with the availability.

Please note that Festool does not guarantee the age of the tool, only that it is in good operating condition and complete with all original components. One year warranty, all sales are final.

I don't mind answering any other questions that come up in this or another thread, but it may be helpful to refer to the thread from the previous recon sale:

Shane, can you pull a CXS at 30% off out of a hat for me?  [big grin]

Ha! Well, I can't do that, but I did forget to mention that this list is dynamic and if we get any 30-day returns, it is possible that tools can be added to the list.

Hi All,

What is the difference in the 125 ETS and the ES? Do they both use plug-it cords?

Very minors differences - mostly cosmetic - the ETS being the newer version has a slightly more comfortable, rubberized top.
All use plug it cords.

Here is more specificity, a clarification and a correction, that I was PM'ed about from one of the FOG's valued European members.

The difference between the two lies inside, the plastic fan has been upgraded to a metal one and the counterweight has been made a bit heavier in order to reduce vibration that goes into your hand.
My use of rubberized was confusing - I should have said a slightly softer plastic, but this  is only on the ETS 150, not the 125  and apparently, In Europe (not in the USA)  some of the ES sanders did not have Plug-it cords. I've never seen one here without the Plug-it though - even the earliest ES sanders.I learned something!

Are these also available to Canada?

I'm not Shane, but this is limited to the lower 48 in the USA.

Bob

This question was asked earlier in the thread and I responded, quoted below.

Hey we suppose to an email with tracking info for our order?

That will depend on your dealer. We (Festool) will not send a confirmation email to the customer.
