Hi can anyone help I've just bought a 110 plunge saw for myself I use a 240 at work got the 110 I case I go back on site I used it today it doesn't seem to have as much power as the 240 is this right or is it just me thank u

The 110 version is only 1050 watts , all 110 v tools have a lower power output compared to the 240 version. Is it a big difference in performance  as i was also thinking of a 110 for site ?

I've had a 110v ts55 since 07 and never had a problem with it. You just get used to the power by taking a couple of passes on thick stuff like when you use a router.

It copes fine with sheet materials I only find it struggles on oak doors and ripping stuff but then I'm sure it would run fine with a rip blade.
