I wasn't exactly sure where on FOG to post this,  but these seems like the right place.

So it's easy to post about bad experiences,  and leave bad reviews when things go sideways.  But it takes a little more effort  to post about good experiences. So I try and compliment people and organizations when things go well. And that's what I wanted to do here today.
Last month I bought a new Domino 700 from Tony and the guys at Festoolsales.com in Atlanta.  I can't tell you how above and beyond these guys went for me.  And when I finally decided on the Domino XL, they had it shipped that same day.  It was delivered the very next day.  Tony was awesome! He answered all my questions,  and did everything he told me he would.
Honestly,  and this may sound like a commercial, but this was one of the better retail experiences I've had in years. These guys seem to have the right mix of online sales, fast delivery,  and the personal touch so many online retailers have lost. Tony even called me a couple times after I got the machine to make sure I was happy with it.  Moving forward,  I probably won't buy Festool gear from anyone else.
Thanks Tony, and thanks to everyone at Festoolsales.com.  You guys are awesome !!!

[member=69542]Climber39[/member] - I salute you for taking the time to report your experience in specific detail. It helps everyone- the dealer and prospective customers alike.

Speaking from TSO's experience as a seller, I can tell you that credible customer reviews and feedback mean a lot and help justify the extra effort and expense in the future.

I'll second Hans' comment, it's nice when people take time to report good experiences.

I owned a retail outdoor sports store for 3 decades (happily retired 2017) and the old adage was that a happy customer tells 2 people and an unhappy customer tells any and everybody that will listen.
