Festool security systainer SK-SYS?

T-LOC Systainers were introduced around 2011, so it would be newer than that. This must be a European only item since we've not seen them in the States.

There was a similar First Aid Systainer offered in the US/Canada but it was in a Classic Systainer. Possibly inspired by this item.
