Come clean. That is security camera footage. You were attempting to steal that tool.

;D

Yup, I did try to steal it, but they caught me and forced me to buy it...along with the MFT3 Table Insert for it and other accessories. Little pricey! [scared]

Cheers,

Frank

MacGyver felt left out.  He did have a Systainer as a first bed.  He did go thru the whole Fogtainer project as inspector and protector.  And he has spent a ton of time hearing about the FOG and he has been studying for years to become a Moderator.  Case in point.

Untidy...you guys look like the proverbial mad scientists !! [eek]

More like two old . . . . s  let loose in a Festool Lab!  [eek] [big grin]
[size=14pt]

Thank you all for your comments and in particular, appreciation to Scott, Peter, JmbFestool,  kristherookie, tjbwni, SittingElf, Alkaline and RJNeal,  for your selfies.

To date we have seen a master painter/finisher at work, a young gun professional letting off steam in his superb self built workshop, one version of an ultimate Festool garage workshop, mastering the complex mitres of an old school house, a hand that Festool should hire for modelling work, the contemplation of yet another masterpiece,  a view from Festool Heaven, and an adorable dog that I am sure gives much pleasure and love to his master, and . . . . . . . . . .
. . . . . . . .    [size=18pt]So keep them coming Foggers.

As you can see in the range so far, and as Scott  implied you don't have to over think this.    [smile]

I am waiting is fear for the selfies from those who love their festool's and especially from the guy who finds his Kapex sexy, the mind boggles as to what these guys do with the extraction outlet  [scared] [eek]

Kind of an odd implication.

I personally think the Kapex is a pretty nice looking rig.

Scott, I have just spent the last 10 minutes looking at my Kapex, from the left, the right, from behind and from the front, I even turned it upside down to take a look and I even stood on some step ladders to look down on it and I still think it looks just like any other chop saw and definitely not pretty nice looking. Penelope Cruz now she is what I call pretty nice looking.

Quick question, why do you have it hooked up to a vacuum when your outside in the garden :-\

I dunno. I guess I'm gonna go with because my customers appreciate not having a pile of dust blowing around the yard? Or, I don't like breathing dust? Or, same reasons as I put sanders on extractors when sanding outside?

:)

We need a ginormous DC unit here in Nigeria right now.  It's Harmatan season, when the wind shifts out of the North and brings what seems like the entire Sahara desert down to visit.  All of our throats are raw, and visibility is so low we are having multiple days that we can't even fly.  It's like a fog, only with powder-fine sand and extreme low humidity. You can feel the dust in the air.  Nasty stuff!! [mad]

Wonder if Festool could step up from the CT48 unit to around CD48,000,000,000! [big grin]

Oh well... only 13 days before I escape back to Florida for six-weeks.  [tongue]
Cheers,
Frank

UPDATE:  Took these two pictures from the hangar a few minutes ago. This can last for DAYS at a time. No flying....
Visibility = 1/4 mile.  Temp= 84F  Humidity= 39%  UGH!!

You evidently are not the type of painter I hate.  The one who go out onto a well manicured lawn to wash their brushes (especially the oil paints), or try to hide their tossed material into the bushes.  I know how to bring back a burn spot on a lawn.  When i know a large paint job is happening, i carry some gypsum (agricultural) in my truck as a "just in case".  When i had lots of help, i always carried a small bag in case an operator ran out of gas in middle of a lawn and spilled while refilling the tank. (Threats of death or dismemberment never worked) A big blob of goop in a shrub bed never gets discovered while I'm pruning until i have tracked all over a blacktop driveway.  When that happens, i get to thinking i should carry a great big club instead of gypsum.

Thanks, Scott, on behalf of all landscapers who are caring for properties where you do your thing >>>That is no mess left behind type of "thing".
