Festool Sword Saw for USA

I wanted to know how can I convert the sword saw to work for the USA power as I am in need of a great timber saw soon . Is this possible ?

Not very possible. Easier to just go and get the Mafell sword saw. Or the Hercules.

A lot of folks are running 230 volt tools on 240 volt. Or you could use a step up transformer.

Might be simpler to go with a Makita 5402NA which can cut a 6x6 in one pass. Gently used ones can often be found for 1/2 the price of new ($1,200 USD).
