Festool "themed" co-op wood shop in Toronto?

Does anyone in the Toronto area know of any Festool themed wood co-op shops seeking members?  Has anyone thought of starting one for enthusiasts who can't set up a shop in their home/condo?  An extension to the question ... has anyone in other cities done this with success?
