Festool tool points (I guess it interests all festool owners)

A question about Festool and purchasing new tools.
I 'm enclosing a translated extract from the official German site - E shop of the company

Can someone explain how that thing works, and if it applies worldwide? If it does i guess most of us can buy more festools for free or with lower prices
(i myself have more than 300 tool points -according to Germans there-)
i do not dare to ask my local dealer before taking an answer from here cause Greek dealers are not the most honest and he might uses my tool points
for his own profit.

From festool.de : "Tools for Profit ist g?ltig f?r Kunden mit Gesch?ftssitz in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland und ?sterreich." :  Tools for Profit is only valid for customers whose business is in Germany or Austria.
It is not totaly true, it also works in Switzerland but as far as I know these are the three countries where the festool customer club exists. Unfortunately.
