Festool toolie question

Picked up festool toolie and noticed one annoying part. All the tools are fairly loose. They move around during use.
Is there a way to tighten up the tools so they stay put?

Mine has the same issue. The "tool" end is okay, but the hex keys are floppy. Thinking of trying to add a shim washer in there somewhere.

Yep same exact issue.  Hex keys are as floppy as it gets.  Tool end is sort of holding.  I tried extra washer, didn't help at all

if  you come up with something  that works , please post.  assembling it is not an easy task lol

My first Toolie had an extra hex... because they bend it the wrong way, so the Torx end was around the central axis. I returned it to the dealer who put it straight back in the display  [blink]
