The RO 90 would be great for doing edges but sadly I don't have the funds for that. Some pics of current job.

Room is 18' x 18' 10' ceiling, crown has 14 inside corner copes and 10 outside corner miters. And I had to make 2 miters to piece crown together.

That is a boatload of work, but it looks INCREDIBLE. Nice job!

Nice work
That first picture looks a little weird
Wider column at bottom? ???
But then I realize that it was 2 different pictures!
They do somewhat blends in  [smile]

The moderator split this off from another topic so I might as well give you the hole story. We built a sunroom on back of house 18' x 18'. Has 10' ceiling and as you can see 4-8' sliding doors with transoms and 4 windows and transoms. The customer wanted fluted columns between the windows and doors. So I used 10' 1x10" ripped that with the 55 and edge guide to 7 3/4" glued and nail the off cut piece to the back and glued and nailed a 1x2 to the other side to make 1 1/2" thick. Sanded the edges smooth with the RO 125. Rout the 5 V flutes with the 1010. Install 5 1/4" crown and 7 1/4" base. Not bad for a days work. Just kidding toke a little longer than that.

Honestly, I love FOG because it inspires me to try harder at my hobby.Beautiful work.

Wood whisper I do most of my work on the north side but live on the south side. Don't really run into anyone out on sites using Festool.

Yeah I'm with u. People love to see what festool can do but they think we are nuts for buying them!! I know some old school carpenters that would never pay for a festool tool.  They call them " fancy" tools!! I say they are fancy but we'll worth it. They must like picking up piles of saw dust!
