Great customer service again.
I elected to exchange my TS55 REQ for a TS 75 EQ.
Seven calendar days from the day I told "Festool Stacy" on the phone I wanted to exchange my 55 for a 75, I had a new TS 75 EQ Plus at my door. I guess UPS deserves a little credit also.
About three years ago, I purchased my first Festool tool and when I got it home from Woodcraft, I asked myself, "What have you just done and why?"(My wife asked me the same thing) [big grin] Well, I have made many more Festool purchases since then and have been happy with all of them and the support that goes with them. At 70, I have never dealt with a tool company's customer service and tool quality that can compare. Ya, ya, ya, I know all about the price thingy, but I've never driven a Yugo either.
This is just another example of what I have experienced and have come to expect from a great tool company.
