Festool, woodworking and low back pain

High quality insoles

and runners/tennis shoes/walking shoeshttps://www.chemistwarehouse.com.au/buy/55524/neat-feat-diabetic-self-moulding-insole-medium
I swear by these and have purchased them for my wife and daughter.

15mm Gym Mats around where I stand at woodworking stations.

Since lockdown we try to walk 3 to 6klm at 5pm.
And double that on weekends.
If I walk alone I push pretty hard after I get warm.

Every morning I do legs ups and knee ups without fail.

During long standing sessions I will stretch the back by bending forward slowly reaching for my toes.
And immediately opposite stretch leaning far back slowly pushing my pelvis forward.
Both of these exercises are slow and gentle.

Unless its an injury
its usually some form of sciatica with your weight pinching a nerve
so loosing weight and core strengthening exercises will help
again you don't have to push hard to notice a difference with core strengthening exercises
