We're now over 400 replies, and many of them are from the same handful of us. This is a good time to turn the page on this topic.

I'm not going to lock it, because the recon sale is ongoing. However, let's shift and mostly limit replies to the following:

• Feedback from new people. (Not necessarily new to the FOG, but new to the thread.)
• Questions that haven't been answered yet
• Updates, questions, etc. about tools as they become available on festoolrecon.com
• Customer service/support

I'm not sure off-hand if my memory was off or if the list changed after I saw it. I'll double-check if I have a chance this weekend. I haven't seen anything about next week yet.

I got my replacement rotex 150 housings. Too bad about the model stickers on each side now blank though.

Because the tool he purchased looked like it had been dragged behind a truck for at least a mile.

I also got the OF2200; it seems to be in like new condition.  I was a bit surprised to see that it was metric instead of imperial; though I know that at least for some this is an advantage compared to the normally available imperial model.

Me three...I got the 2200 router and it looks new.  The only thing I have found so far is that the handle on the systainer is broken making it unusable.  However, Festool is going to send a new handle.  Can't wait to give it a spin.  (Pun intended)

Maybe a heat gun or hair dryer would allow you to peel the old one off and move it to the new housing?  You may have to add some new glue.

I didn’t get an email on either one , I just walk by the computer and refresh the festoolrecon web site every 1 1/2 to 2 hours...pita.

There are 'extensions' for your web browser that will check a web page and see if it has changed within a set amount of time and notifies you.  Here are two examples
