Fiber cement blade for festool TS-75

I would contact Tom Bellemare at Tool Home, he said he could get them in another thread, however I don't recall if he mentioned he could get both TS55 and TS75.

Yes, I can. I'm about to order them from Italy and it'll take about 4-5 weeks.

Tom

If it's not too late I'd like to get in on this order as well for a ts55 fiber cement blade.

Tom:

How much is the TS75 blade? I *may* have a project that I would want one for.

Are you ordering any for stock?

What's the cost for the TS75 blade? And just to be sure, is it appropriate for 1/2" Hardibacker?

Last time, the TS 75 blade was the same, oddly. I'll find out on Monday. I see no reason it wouldn't slice right through 1/2" Hardi.

Cool, please let me know the pricing when you find out.

I cut 1/2"Hardi Backer with the CMT blade in the TS-55. Works really well.

The blade for the TS 75 is the same as the one for the TS 55 - $92.50. I have some of each on order and expect to receive them in a month or so.

I'll take one for the TS75, let me know if you want a prepay to reserve it

Actually, the arbors are different. The 55 has a 20mm arbor and the 75 has a 30mm arbor.

Tom

Tom,
If you ordered extras could you save a 55 for me. Let me know if you want me to prepay to reserve it.
Thanks
Pat

I would also love to buy a blade for the ts 55.  Let me know if you have extras. Thanks.  Are these blades a good replacement for the hardie blades with quality of cut for siding purposes?

I've never used a Hardie blade. These cut very well and as clean as can be expected for a 4 tooth blade. If you want smoother get the 10 tooth.

The hardie blade is a 4 tooth blade as well with great results. But with using the ts55 with dust extraction will make life so much better while cutting cement board siding by not having to worry about wearing a good dust mask for the dust since it is possibly cancer causing.

I've been operating out of a taco shack today because I found a seat with a duplex outlet. I was using my mobile as a hot spot because I lost power during a storm last night about 7:00 and only got it restored somewhat late this afternoon. I've been a bit disheveled all day. My shipping went South, which upsets me. I had to go buy dry ice to keep from loosing everything in the 'fridge...

I hate to make this request but it would save me a lot of time that I've already lost if everyone that wants any of either of these blades could please send me an email. I want to get enough of them on this next boat (literally) to cover everyone's desires.

Thanks,

Tom

Is that you, Barry?

I have the 4-tooth for my cheapo Ryobi and it cuts like a hot knife through butta'. Did you like the 190mm?
