Fill in the blank: I wish Festool made a ______!

I just saw the new tapered hose at my local festool dealer today.  It's really nice, I love the sleeve that holds the power cable so it's one unit.  Could you please make the sleeve available alone, I really don't need another hose, especially for the $250 price tag, but I could really use the sleeve.  I also saw the new ETS sanders, I really like the ergonomics of the new machines!  Could you make an RO in the same format?

I wish Festool made a little button that when pressed would make certain anti FOG people disappear for ever. I have just been drawn into "The Festool-is-too-expensive-i-own-something-else-group.com" thread.

now, now, [member=11196]Peter Parfitt[/member] -- don't be an anti-"anti-FOG" kind of guy!  The anti-FOGers must serve their useful purpose, surely.  As you must well know, there are people on here, like yourself, that are instructive in showing others "what to do";  and then  there are others who are just as instructive in showing us "what not-to-do".  I learn either way...

I sense you're probably more annoyed with yourself for being drawn into the ever-alluring siren song of negativity.  I've been there dude.  Lash yourself to the mast and ride it out...

Keep up the good work man!

Thanks - you have restored my faith in man.

Cheers.

Ah Teo...what would the FOG do without your biting wit?

Something productive, I'd guess?!?  I finished work early so I thought I'd throw in my half pence worth of hilarity...

I have your change here.  [wink]

Edit: Added a smiley face as sarcastic humour is free flowing this side of the pond and sometimes doesn't translate.

How dare you, Sir-- I find your remark reprehensible and totally devoid of merit!

(See what I did there?  I got my humor across just fine without the little yellow thingies cluttering the brilliant prose--I guess I'm just gifted that way...)

I don't know about teo...but it registered with me. Actually, your reply was extremely humorous and I was going to commend you on it but I didn't want to suck up all the bandwidth and have some local fogger furious.

Actually teo is probably still cracking up from your reply and that's the reason he hasn't rejoined the conversation.

had to run and get my kid from school.  and it looks like i still beat out your entry.  youth AND good looks...

I once did a "Good day Sir, I said Good Day!" on a forum and it was lost in translation, in Britain no less. Stupid Brits.

I love my RO90, but was thinking an ETS90 would be cool.  It would be a finish sander similar to the ETS125/150.  Would be handy for sanding smaller/thinner pieces and would be easier to keep flat in some situations (like moulding after it is installed on the wall).

An IMPACT!

As a remodel contractor I'm constantly reaching for my Panasonic impact. I love my green and would gladly  switch to the Festool cordless line, but without an impact it isn't practical.

A bandsaw.. Never going to happen but just imagine how sweet it would look with a massive green FESTOOL logo on it..

I wish they made something like this

Cheers

With 5 grandsons I totally agree. I believe that every child, girl or boy, should be encouraged to be practical. They may go off into smart professions and be doctors or whatever but at least they can put up a shelf, change a bulb or assemble some Ikea kit.
