This project started about 2 months ago as storage for a bunch of stuff my wife brought back from Las Vegas when her mom passed away. The doors were one of those "I'll get to it eventually" projects, that finally got done this weekend. They're 3/4" MDF with euro hinges, and applied base cap molding at the edges that matches the wall panel molding. I cut the MDF slightly oversized, attached the molding based on the finished sizes, and then sanded the MDF flush with the RO-90 to meet the moldings. Next time I may use a flush-trimming bit to save some time, but this wasn't too bad.
