To show off I'd first need some talent [embarassed]

I'm happy to say that Festool Australia is in for providing one or more prizes for the contest. So, our friends down under need to get busy making videos of Festools. Woot!

Ack!  Just used my TS 55 to do some appliance cutouts today.  Would have been perfect...But since the homeowners were already angry about the schedule, pulling out my iphone to do a video might not have gone over so well!

Next time.

When do you expect to be able to release the full details of conditions etc,. in other words, the fine print?

--------------------------------

Jon, you could have said that fine crafting takes time, and that you were going to share their project with the World,
(Or, used the phone anyway, they were already upset, so what the heck!!!! [wink]).

I'm waiting to hear from Festool UK before formally announcing the contest, but the basics have already been posted. Normal fine print: 18 or older, no dealers or employers, original video of your own creation, 5 minutes in length or less preferred.

The deadline will likely be Jan. 15th for entry, hence the heads up so you can get started.

I'd go with ... "my appliance installation insurance requires a detailed record of the installation process - otherwise appliance manufacturers could void product warranties".
