Yup, it's all free, but first you need to be referred by a general woodworker to a general contractor who will then refer you to a licensed professional carpenter. Figure on at least six months waiting time. When you finally get your Universal Health Care kit, you'll have to immediately send it back and wait another three months for the upgraded version.
