I ordered the reconditioned Ti15 impact and there were Missing items....(Keyless Chuck &
Centrotec Chuck)  It says It should Include:
Drill/Driver Adapter
Keyless Chuck
Centrotec Chuck
Centrotec Impact Bit Holder
Systainer 3 with Foam Inserts(for additional drills and components)

Does Not Include
2 Batteries
Battery Charger

There was neither the Keyless Chuck or the
Centrotec Chuck

I hope they send me the chucks, because I would hate to buy something that was suppose to come with it.

Sounds like they shipped you the drill not the "drill set".  Check where you ordered as you could possible have ordered just the drill or perhaps they shipped the wrong thing.

There are often different packages to choose from for every tool Festool sells. It is always prudent to make sure what you're buying exactly.

Before posting this in the forum, I would have contacted my dealer from whom I bought it. They can check if you got all you were supposed to get. And correct it if not. Mistakes can happen, but I'm sure your dealer will make it right.

That is the TI15 Basic set.  now you will need to buy the C15 to go with it then you will have batteries and chucks.

When I get some free time I'll make a reconditioned tool buyers guide.

It'll make sure to point out the all telling item numbers.

I ordered the basic and it will be here tomorrow or Friday... So we'll see.  But most of the basics, including carvex, only are missing batteries and charger only, everything else is there.  I did, however get the t15 set and the c15 regular kit, so I will be good regardless.

I bought the basic set last year at Woodcraft. It came with the Systainer, impact gun, the reducing collar and an impact rated driver and bit. No
Centrotec, no Jacobs chuck or anything else. Hope this helps.

If that's the case and it does not come with chucks, they should not list it in the items included when you purchase it. If you have expectations and you pay for something listed that you can't return, they should include it. I have sent them a message, but have not heard from the dealer as of yet, probably tomorrow. Would be sad if they don't honor it. crsowa, let me know what you get. Thanks!

Sorry but here's the info from Festoolusa.com

Already own a Festool cordless drill?

If you already own one of our C-Series or T-Series cordless drills and enjoy the benefits they offer, we have just the right solution for you to add the TI 15 impact driver to your tool arsenal. A special version of the TI 15 impact driver, the "Basic" version, will come with the impact driver body, drill/driver adapter, and Centrotec impact bit holder in a custom SYS 3 Systainer that has room for your Festool cordless drill and accessories. Since you already have the batteries and charger, you can purchase just this basic kit at significant savings.

AS has been mentioned before in the recon sale threads, the number on the far left of the listing is a Festool part number. GOOGLE IT. Type Festool and the # in Google and then check out what comes up. Most of the time use one of the retailer links that pops up, you'll get a description of the tool and what comes with it. They will be the most reliable.

The Model number they have is different #564358 In the list of items they mention on the sale:

Includes:
•Drill/Driver Adapter
•Keyless Chuck
•Centrotec Chuck
•Centrotec Impact Bit Holder
•Systainer 3 with Foam Inserts(for additional drills and components)
•Does Not Include
•2 Batteries
•Battery Charger

If they would have listed that it did not come with the chucks that would be fine. They list this with the chucks. At least under the Recon sale.

They need to update their description with the accurate information. If you are buying something from a festool dealer, They should be checking their information. I didn't know I would be needing a second opinion on my purchase. Don't get me wrong, Yes I am upset if I don't get what I expected as listed, Doesn't mean I hate Festool.

Where are you seeing the included/not included list? Every place I look up the model number shows it as not including the chucks
