I have seen a lot of topics on the new cordless drills, better ergonomics, better batteries, even some on sale! I have an old C12 with 3 nickle metal hydride batteries that just won't quit. How xan I take advantage of the new technology and sales if my drill just keeps going???

See now I was going to respond that way but figured I needed to come up with a more PC way of saying move up to the World of Festool
I am betting its a move that wont be regretted

[size=14pt]Or just keep using it.

Isn't long life expectancy one of the reasons you purchased a Festool in the first place?

In a survey I recently completed regarding sustainability, I listed Festool as a company producing sustainable goods. Why? Because they last longer than most, provide high user satisfaction [in most cases], are generally repairable with parts available for at least 7 years, and when the end does come,  [eek]  the materials in their tools are close to 100% recyclable.

My two oldest Festool's are over ten years old and still going strong. My newest is hopefully 'birthing' as I write.  [smile]
