My TS 55 took a spill.  The base is now a little out of true.  One of the corners is slightly bent upwards and it causes the saw to wobble a bit when riding along the guide rail.  Any ideas on how to fix it?  Is it just as simple as replacing the base or is this a more complicated fix?  Thanks!

If only the base is bent than it's enough to replace that. But you don't know what else is possibly bent.

It is best to contact Festool's service department by phone for this, it is a common problem so they probably have a certain procedure to handle this.

Years ago I dropped my ATF55 (google it :) ) and cracked the shroud.  I sent it to Festool USA for service and the bill was so low I can't imagine how they didn't lose money on the deal.  Give 'em a call and see what they say.
