Fixing Senna Siamea table top

Hi,

I am working now on new table top. It is my first experience with Senna Siamea. Except standard knots and cracks there is shallow dimple in the wood (80x60x2) and would like to get some hints how to fix it.

I have no thickness planer so I am looking for some alternatives.

I have epox G800. Do you think it’s a good idea to fill it?

Not sure with that type of wood you have,  But I have used a wet rag and a iron and was able to raise the wood on a project I had. Just a suggestion. Good luck.
