Floor restoration-1723 home

Hey guys I thought you might like to see some of the woodwork in this home built by a joiner in 1723. The home owner wanted "light" floors.
So we decided to get them to look like the wood just got milled. The HO was very pleased!

Nice job! I like the finish.
The finish on those floors looked trashed before you started.
I am not crazy about the wood, but the finish looks first class.
How long did it take you to take all that black paint off the stairs?

Thanks Tim, the floors are awesome because of their age.(im not crazy bout pine either)
The 2000 s/f and 3 and 1/2 sets of stairs took the 3 of us 4 days to complete. The RO90 was invaluable on this project.

I also refinished this wall and then wire brushed and stained it.

Hmmm, I seem to remember a certain flooring guy being rather critical of my using the RO90 on stairs...... [tongue]

[big grin] I use the RO 90 for the flattening of the steps between ballasts.
