I have to say that I am pretty surprised by a below 100 number. I would have figured well above that considering price point and the fairly common use of caps by contractors. When considering that numerous people ordered multiples, the low total number seems even more surprising.
Nonetheless, I'm glad Peter put this together and has made it a fun time.

...and considering we have over 11,000 registered members, it was surprising.  Maybe they don't like hats or the economy has them concerned about purchases?

Guys,

This was great!  The Fogtainer project was something that was unbelievably successful and defied all statistical models.  This was more in line.  The original poll indicated interest in 58.  The latest poll was about 110.  I always discount by 20%.  Where were we?  97?  I planned accordingly.

I have learned a lot from this.  I will take that forward.  The next item / items will be more popular but because of combinations and permutations I just couldn't do it right now.

Order paperwork finalized on Tuesday.  Preliminary artwork approved today.  We are rocking!

If this one of Peter's projects...

Who would have known that embroidery has similar but different issues than printing on big plastic boxes.

I don't have time to post pictures here right now, but plan to tomorrow.  Bottom line is that the digital mockups looked great, but once they sent me images of the actual stitching as a mock up to approve - I couldn't.  History will prove that I may disappoint by delaying items, BUT I will work my but off to get good quality.

Pics and a new thread coming tomorrow for your input.
