I will agree with everyone....the second choice is a good one.
Thanks Peter!

Thanks to everyone for their input - I REALLY wanted it.  So far it is definitely going one way with the exception of Ken - he has always had a thing for velcro. I really hope that time zone different members will also want to also chime in.

Keep the comments coming!  Pros and cons are welcome.

Peter - a.k.a the FOG Mad Hatter

That is the Aussie spirit!  I was just thinking about you in the middle of the night  [scared].  Not like that!  You will be one of the first to be able to let us know how well they work in the summer.  I suppose a fleece lined one would have been inappropriate.  [poke]

Peter

Peter,
Love the second design of the hat..
Thanks again for all your work organising this for us all.

I was just thinking about you in the middle of the night  .

Glad I'm only a few more hours ahead of you..... cough

Mat.

go with no 2. i looked at the pixs before reading the explination and didnt notice the lack of holes. the first 1 looks a bit clutered.

just think of it as going retro and back to the roots , going from the jetstreem pad to the older pad

Just to keep everyone up to date.  I checked today with the vendor about anticipated delivery time.  The change in the logo caused a delay and in that time several large orders popped ahead.  It is currently anticipated that I should see the caps in my anxious hands the week of January 11.

This is not what I expected - but maybe I should have expected.

Thank goodness we beat the month long shut down of the plant due to a holiday!

I am really sorry guys.

Peter

Not to worry about things you can't control.  [wink]

That means I should have my caps in hand about two hours later, right?  [poke]

In Canada?  In your dreams? just kidding. [/quote]

Well, hell Peter. Since it's going to be after Christmas, Santa's reindeer will be on the unemployment line. I'll just hire one of them to fly down and have be standing by to deliver my FogCaps the moment you receive them. Rudolph can do 2000 miles in a few minutes when you feed him enough candy cane.

But does he know a shortcut through Canadian Customs?  [unsure]

Sounds good, Peter!  Waiting patiently, no reindeer necessary, unless you want to stick some antlers on your postal workers.

Peter  as the caps will now, not be delivered till mid january would it be possible to change the date on the cap to read 2012 rather than 2011?
