FOG not working on Comcast network

I reported to comcast that something is preventing to access FOG on the network

I am using my iphone aTT network and not a single problem.  Comcast is checking now
 
Interesting. Peter is having trouble accessing also and I believe he uses Comcast. Can you keep me posted on what you hear back? Thanks for reporting a problem.

I had contacted our hosting provider this morning and according to them, they had an issue with some network equipment at one of their datacenters but it should not have effected our server. I just sent a followup to verify that everything should be working.

Just a follow up on this from our hosting provider:

Since early afternoon yesterday, it appears Comcast is blocking access to our server Supercell.  It took us until now to recognize the larger trend as it just started out as a report from a couple of customers that we were trying to troubleshoot individually.  Since then more reports have arrived.

I just spoke to Comcast and the technician was able to confirm that he too was unable to trace to this server and it was stopping within their network.  He escalated a ticket to network engineering.  He will be calling me back when they respond however he said that's managed by another company and he didn't expect we'd hear back today.  They had no way for me to escalate this further.

I will update this thread as soon as I know more.

Shane has busted his butt on this for over 24 hours.  I know.  I am onw effected since 2 pm yesterday

Thanks for your never-say-die attitude.  I have Comcast and was out all weekend.  I just figured it was some general maintenance issues but I am happy to report on Monday A.M. that all is well.

My biggest fear was that Monday morning, there would be about 1,000 threads I had not looked at.  Apparently it was a pretty quiet weekend.
