As title, unopened guide rail bag. I ordered one then i got one thrown in for free when i got the saw and rails  [laughing]
£35 delivered..

John..

Is it the old or new one style bag?!

Is it a thin fabric and has a zip at the front for storing small things  or a thick fabric with a front flap for storing small rails about 800 or shorter?!?!?!?

Hi,
The code on the outer packaging says FS-BAG No 466357. It has a zip at the front about 500mm long.

Dam it!  If it was the old bag I would of had it of ya!    I dont like the new design!  It is better because the fabric is softer and thinner feels like its not as hard wearing BUT its much easier to get your 1400 rails into the bag as the older one it takes abit of wiggling to get both rails in.  I still prefer the older one even though it is harder to get the 2 x 1400 rails in as I like the fact I can store my 600, 800, 800 in the front compartment.  The new one you have no where to store your shorter guides so you have to put them all together no big deal I just prefer the older one.

Unfortunately they don't sell the old ones any more so I was hoping yours was the old one and I could of kept it as a spare for when mine wears out.

Hi Marc,
It will cost more to post it to you than what it would cost for you to buy a new one  (im in the UK)

that is the old bag the new one is over 100gbp unless they made a bag before that one

James,

I think you've misunderstood. Let me explain;

First, there was the 'old-style' rail bag. This held 2x1400 rails in the main section, and had a front pocket for 800 rails. I'm not sure what the part number was for this bag.

This bag was then re-designed, and has the code 466357. This is what JMB refers to as the 'new-style' bag.

Then, completely unconnected, there is a much larger bag for the rails & parallel guides. This is the one that is over £100.

I got one of the old bags (2x 1400 inside, outside pocketed area for a FS800... can also hold a FS1080  [wink] ), just before the new one came out.

I'm 99% sure the new one got the same product number.  I found it very confusing when I was looking to get another..  I also feel the newer bag is inferior to the older one.

I now have 2 brand new 1400 guide rails which i dont want. I cancelled a order but they have still sent me them and refunded me. Pity, but i will have to send them back  [big grin]

John..

I got a 800 rail with one of my orders I should of kept my mouth shut lol but I asked the question over the phone. Did you charge me for the 800 rail.  He answered no y I av I sent you a rail. Well i could not ly and said yes so he said I'll have it picked up or if u want it you can buy it  [blink] I should of just waited for the bill to come and checked the bill instead of asking the question. To b fair I properly would of called to say you sent me the rail as I would of felt guilty.
