*Another member kindly emailed me to say that I should point out that this 118" rail is made for ripping full 96" plywood panels. You can start the saw off the board and drive it through the end and still be safely on the rail. Perfectly straight with no joining of rails.
Aside from that - I am in the boondocks and may go to my grave with this rail unused and gathering dust in my shop.
