I've got Dewalt little 20v vac and its been running in my truck for years. The sys-vac i picked up last week is in the truck but because you have to plug it in, I think it is not going to make the cut.

I carry a Midi and my 20v DeWalt Vac on my truck.  I added one of the cloth like filters to my DeWalt and it greatly improves the suction, but it is a mess to empty.  The convenience and price of the DeWalt makes up for its short comings.  I don't see the SysVac as providing anything I don't get from the Midi, plus I would lose capacity and suction adjustment.

Well, you've talked me into another vac.  What is the cloth filter you've upgraded to?

It's just a generic bag filter from Home Depot.  I put it over the pleated filter in the DeWalt Vac.  Seems to improve the overall performance of the vac.

Love how you've made your Ford Transit super functional for your work, especially with those adjustable shelves and built-in spots for strapping stuff down. Keeping things organized in a smaller space can be tricky, but you've nailed it! I did something similar with a 2018 Ford Transit 250, mainly for trips and vacations with friends.

Thank you! It has served us well both for work and as a campervan. We took most of the tools out and adjusted the shelves to hold things like out air frier and microwave. Added a queen sized mattress across from the bench to the wall. Then went from Florida to Yellowstone, Glacier National parks and Idaho for almost 3 weeks. Having the onboard power from the inverter and also from the Dewalt Power station made it easy to boondocks too
