Four hour dining table with the Domino

I recently whipped up a quick dining table using my Domino for the leg to rail joints. The legs were square tapering to octagons at the bottom. I wrote a short article on my Furniture Blog about how I built it.

Is the water based varnish really that low VOC that you can eat off of it within hours?

There aren't any fumes coming off of it if that's what you mean. It hadn't reached full cure in a few hours but it was certainly firm enough to use. I sprayed Helmsman spar urethane.
