Franklin 710 Stud Finder

16" studs .....???  Not in my mothers 1775-1825 house.  More like 36" between the studs and about halfway between them for the half sapling support.  Electric added in 1936.  But still there with all the hurricanes and Nor'easters at the Jersey Shore.

I just got a Bosch Pro GMS 120 - havent had time to really test it out but it sences for wood metal and electric, should find then to a depth of 12 cm and works well over plaster board on a metal studwork,which is the prefured building method in germany.

I like the idea with the row of LEDs  on the franklin.
