The only thing I've asked for was a Rotex watch, it stopped working after one year, probably having to do with not taking it off when using vibe sanders. My dealer is a great guy to work with and throws in free stuff on a regular basis- not to mention 20% off the list prices(tools) and 20-25% on expendables.
The Festool rep. for my region even offered me a 700mm MFS rail a few years back.

Did you show up at your Festool dealer sans clothes? Perhaps that is the reason you are the only one to get this to work!

Not meant as a brag, but I've had a Rolex Submariner that I bought new over 20 years ago that I wear most evert day. Sanding, cutting wood, anything and everything. I hardly ever take it off no mater what I'm doing. To clean it I use toothpaste a tooth brush and just clean it under running water. Sent it back about 7 years ago for for a CLA and polishing and it's never stopped running. About time for another CLA and polishing but thats $500.00+ from Rolex. [tongue]
